Cheers to a new year! 2016 was a very good year to me, I know much better which path I want to go with my passion. My husband and I have found more peace and stability in our daily job. We had so many happy moments together and with our family & friends. Love and health are the most important things to have and I'm grateful to have these things.
As I read my last year post, my life really changed in a positive direction. I'm saying to people 2016 has been my best year ever. I've drawn and learned a lot, but there're still some things I really want to accomplish.
Like, I have to finish that 'start-to-run- project' *oops (I guess I'm with those people who are running like crazy in januari, a bit less in februari and no more at all in march... So, we'll see how I will do it this year :-p).
I also have to put much more effort in the marketing aspect. (this one I really hate and I'm so bad at it... *help me!) I want to sell my illustrations and paintings in a store, introduce myself to magazines or someone in the art business, put more time in social media, screaming from a rooftop 'Hey, look at my drawings!',... all that *jakkes. But besides that, I'm really looking forward to it! I hope when I look back next year, I can say I've set some steps more closer to my dream.
I wish for you the same, for your dreams or goals.
But first let's party like it's 1999 and close this year with a lot of joy and warmth with your friends and family!
